It’s actually cold here, especially in the mornings – I think it is like 40 degrees here right now. So, a puffer jacket is a must during the fall and winter months in Jersey City.
I wasn’t that into them until recently, though. Especially when I discovered this drop shoulder puffer from Bernardo. I feel like it’s like a chic modern take on the classic short down jacket. I am loving it. I linked it right here. The boxy relaxed fit makes for a really cool look. I also of course am obsessed with the olive green color.
How do you wear it:
I styled this drop shoulder jacket with a fall floral dress and booties. This is something a little different, but I have been swooning over both things as of late so I just wanted to put them together. I also think the colors go nicely together – the peach, red and green floral print with the olive jacket.
A second way to style this jacket is with a good pair of vintage jeans and a turtleneck sweater. Add some pointed two booties and a fun bag and it’s a perfect outfit for an evening or a day of strolling the city.
