Did you know that you can donate your clothes at H&M stores? Honestly, I shop there on the regular and I actually completely FORGOT that they do that! They started doing it about 4 years go. The clothes don’t have to be from H&M either, it can be any brand! I am so pumped about this because I really try and purge my clothes by giving them away to a clothing drive, passing them down to friends and family and now, donating them to have them be re-used and re-constructed into another beautiful + sustainable piece.
P.S – …you also get a coupon when you donate too (always room for more new clothes, right?)
I have posted about it couple times before, but H&M has their sustainable style line H&M Conscious, a line that is made out of recycled fabrics. I love that they have made & continue to have such an impact on sustainable fashion.
With that being said, when I discovered their new campaign, Close the Loop Denim, I immediately wanted to teamed up with them. They have produced 6 unique pieces that is on trend, sustainable and affordable.
I decided to style these wide-legged overalls from the collection! They are so much fun and super comfy — I am wearing a size 6 for a more oversized look, but I also wouldn’t mind going down a size or two if I wanted them to be super fitted.
I rounded up some of my favorite Close the Loop Denim pieces along with other Conscious pieces that I love below:
