Beach Bag Turned Evening Bag

For those of you who know me, you have seen that I am quite the bag lady. I always have one, two (or maybe five) on me/extras in the car, or a bag within a bag…maybe it is because I am always “on the the go”or maybe that is just an excuse to hide the fact that I am actually super indecisive at times so I bring a few purses in case I change my mind of which goes with my outfit best half way through to my destination…

After re-reading that, I sound like an actual crazy person. I don’t like carry 3 different purses on me while walking into a restaurant. It is more like, I usually have a tote bag that I carry my big stuff (laptop, notepad, charger, maybe a beach towel, bathing suit etc. etc.) & THEN little cross-body  that really goes with my outfit that I will wear out and about.

With that being said, I like a good bag that can fit a lot stuff and that can be verstaile. You know, be both that bag that fits all your stuff + the cute bag to wear out to dinner. Just like this straw one.  I wore/used this bag all this past weekend:

1. To the beach obviously

2. To dinner with a easy breezy slip dress

The bag is from my friends over at Rhode Collective, an online destination and market for the modern bohemian that collects handmade pieces from Central America. Everything on the site or at the market is handpicked and/or developed by the masterminds behind the brand from their adventures. Super cool stuff – RC aims to create and collect products that really reflect the culture and beauty of the places they travel to. They collaborate with small artisan groups to come up with some new pieces while still sticking to the roots & beauty of their traditional craft.
